For apartment owners
Tenants change and the flat stands empty in between. We lease studios and one-bedroom flats in central Tallinn long term, for at least 3 years and ideally 5, and host short-stay guests in them. You get the agreed rent on the agreed date every month for the whole lease, even when the flat is empty. Our usual terms: one month's deposit; we pay utilities, building management and maintenance charges, and internet; your written consent to short stays is in the lease; we are liable for any damage our guests cause, and we carry insurance; you get the flat back professionally cleaned. Final terms are agreed with each owner and written into the signed lease. We send our lease template on request. We take new flats in 2027, so write now even if yours frees up later. Own a flat in central Tallinn, or know someone who does? Send it on.
