If you e-mail, call or message us, we use your name, contact details and what you tell us to answer you and, for owners, to prepare an offer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). If no lease follows, we delete the message within 12 months.
For guests we use booking details, door-lock entry times and noise levels to run the stay. The sensor measures volume only and records no sound.
Our e-mail and web hosting providers process this data for us. The web server keeps visitor IP addresses briefly for security.
This site uses no cookies and no analytics.
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
